AX WINDOW WARRANTY INFORMATION

The official quality warranty card from AX Window Film is the only way to verify the authenticity of the product. Please complete the warranty information within 7 working days of receiving your vehicle. To ensure your legal rights, purchase AX Window Film’s safety heat-insulating film with this warranty card so that you can enjoy a 5-yrs/8-yrs/10-yrs warranty.

Please ensure that your AX Window Film installation service provider is an official authorized partner of our company, and make sure that they complete the warranty card information on your behalf.

For any installation carried out by non-official AX authorized partner or if the warranty card information is missing, our company will not be responsible for any related after-sales service or compensation.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

If you purchase and install AX Window Film from an authorized AX store and use it under normal conditions, any issues arising due to product defects, such as bubbling, delamination, cracking, dust spots, fading, or oxidation (for the magnetron sputtering series), will be covered by AX Window Film for 5 years/8 years/10 years starting from the date of installation. Installation charge may apply.

EXCLUSIONS

  1. Losses resulting from misoperation during installation by non-AX certified technicians.
  2. Losses resulting from improper use, maintenance, cleaning, misoperation, natural disasters, accidents, normal wear and tear, or other causes unrelated to product manufacturing or materials.
  3. Damage to car window glass or film surface due to acts of nature, external forces, or other irresistible factors.
  4. When removing the film, it should be done by a professional installation unit. Any damage, delamination, or damage to the film or car window glass caused by the owner’s unauthorized removal operation will not be covered.
  5. Scratches or damage caused by human factors can be repaired or replaced locally by the installation unit, and a service fee may be charged a1 the discretion of the unit.
  6. Please refer to the correct maintenance methods for film surface below.

AFTER INSTALLING AX WINDOW FILM,

PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE FOLLOWING:

  1. Within 72 hours after installation, do not raise or lower the car windows to ensure proper bonding of the film. Raising or lowering the windows can easily cause the film 10 delamina1e, shift, or curl at the edges.
  2. Within 15 days after installation, do not clean the window film directly with water. Avoid using chemicals like alcohol 1o clean the window film.
  3. On the day of installation, do not activate the front windshield defogging function, and within one month after installation, do not activate the rear window defogging function.
  4. Do not use suction cup or adhesive hangers on the window film, as it may cause the film to detach.
  5. Minor water waves or fogging on the film surface are wi1hin the normal range and will return to normal within a short period. However, if it affects driving safety or if there are large bubbles or curling, please return the vehicle to the store for inspection and treatment in a timely manner.
  6. Proper cleaning methods for the window film:

(1)         Gently wipe the film surface with a semi-wet soft cloth to remove stains, fingerprints, etc. If stains are difficult to remove, you can use a window film-specific cleaning solution that does not contain ammonia. Then, use a soft rubber squeegee to scrape the window film horizontally from top to bottom until it is dry. Use a soft cloth to dry the edges of the window film.

(2)         To remove adhesive residue or sticky residue left by stickers on 1he window film, use a small amoun1 of acetone (nail polish remover) on a soft, clean cotton cloth to gently wipe it away.

(3)         Avoid using hard scrapers, brushes, or abrasive cloths to clean the window film.
